Languages Other Than English (LOTE)

Students will develop knowledge of an additional language and an appreciation of different cultures across the globe. Students will be given the opportunity to develop some vocabulary in various languages while also learning about the customs and cultural diversity of various countries around the world.

Languages are compulsory in year 8 only and in Years 9 to Stage 2 they are an elective subject.
